Rental Lease
Rental
Rules and Regulations:
Renters
and visitors - must register with the security
guard or the administration office. No more than 4 people
may occupy the apartment. Shirt and shoes are required
in the lobby area.
Garbage
- all garbage must be in placed in securely tied plastic
bags before placing in the receptacle in the garbage
room located on each floor near the two front elevators.
Laundry
- Washer and dryer are located right outside the apartment
near the pool elevator. The washer and dryer cost is
$1.50 each (quarters only). Please remove all sand from
the clothing and towels before washing. DO NOT OVERLOAD
MACHINES.
Parking
- Park in assigned space only. No parking for visitors.
Swimming
Pool - Follow the rules posted by the swimming
pool area. Use the foot bath or shower before entering
the pool or building. Children under 12 cannot be left
unsupervised in the swimming pool area. Food, glass,
or alcohol items are not permitted in the pool area.
Pets
- Unfortunately no new pets are allowed in the building
Other
- Do not hang or shake cloths or towels out of the doors
or windows. Keep radios, TV and stereo's volume at a
bearable level. Be considerate to your neighbors.
Damage
reservation deposit - A damage/reservation
deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within
7-10 days of booking the reservation along with printed,
read and signed copy of the Short-Term rental lease
and pet application, if applicable. Payments cannot
be accepted without completing and returning these forms. The
security deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however
it is fully refundable with fourteen (14) days of departure
provided certain provisions are met. Please read Short-Term
Rental Lease for more information.
An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rental
rate is required 60 days before arrival. The
final 50% of the total rent is due thirty (30) days
prior to your arrival date. Within the thirty (30) days
reservation period, payment in full is required. Cashier's
checks, personal checks, money orders, and credit cards
are all acceptable forms of payment. Any last minute
reservations required payment in full by money order,
cashiers check or credit card.
