Renting a condo
by owner is a new experience for people who are accustomed
to staying at hotels. This can stir up anxious
feelings about not knowing what to expect.
After all this should be a vacation not a worrisome
experience. And so in order, to reassure
and ease potential customer, I've asked my guests permission

Wow! is what I said when I entered and saw the view
to one of the most beautiful beaches in PR. Walking
distance to the "Best" Hotel-Casinos in PR,
great clubs and choices of restaurants to suit everyone.
The owner takes great pride in maintaining this condo.
Very clean, beautifully decorated, comforting and fully
equipped with everything you will need while away from
home. The premises are very well maintained and
secured 24 hours a day. While we stayed there,
we were very satisfied and very comfortable which is
the most important feature to look for while vacationing.
Without a doubt I will rent this condo again on my next
vacation to PR. It was great to be right next
to the beach making it so effortless to just walk out
into the beach. Whether your vacation is for fun, relaxation
or just being with the family, I'd recommend this place
. I must mention that It just felt "great"
to stroll on the beach in the morning. I think
about that often.

again for making our stay at your apt such a wonderful
experience. The view of the ocean from the living room
& bedroom were so breathtaking! The staff was very
friendly and helpful to. We enjoyed our vacation very
much, and look forward to visiting again soon. We will
surely contact you for reservations on our next trip
to Puerto Rico.

We enjoyed
our stay in San Juan as well as our condo unit located
on the beach. The condo was clean and appointed
with all the items you would find in your home.
There is no telephone in the unit, remember to bring
your cell phone. Our verizon worked well and was part
of our calling network. Having a kitchen was great for
lunch or breakfast as you are not more than 2 minutes
from beach to the condo. We opened the sliders instead
of the air conditioners, nice breeze and crashing surf.
As you enter the beach you can rent lounges and an umbrella
for 18 dollars per day, very nice people. Many good
restaurants and lounges are within 5 or 10 minute walks.
Overall had a good time and may return in a year or
so.
